Clubhouse Manager (Full-Time seasonal position)

Par Mar Golf Course – Parker, South Dakota

Par Mar Golf Course is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily clubhouse operations during the golf season. This is a seasonal position running mid-to-late April through October. The Clubhouse Manager plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience for members, guests, and league participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clubhouse operations

• Manage part-time seasonal staff

• Greet and assist golfers, members, and guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Manage tee times, point-of-sale transactions, and basic record keeping

• Manage clubhouse inventory, including ordering and stocking beverages

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting clubhouse environment

• Support leagues, tournaments, outings, and special events

• Open and close the clubhouse according to scheduled hours

• Communicate effectively with course staff and leadership

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or golf course operations preferred

• Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and inventory tracking

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Position Details:

• Seasonal position: mid-to-late April through October
